Welcome to AHOMZO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our AHOMZO property management mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by AHOMZO ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using AHOMZO, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Service.

Acceptance of Terms

  • Communicate with tenants and service providers

User Accounts

Account Registration

To use AHOMZO, you must create an account and provide:

  • Accurate and complete personal information
  • Valid email address and phone number
  • Secure password that meets our requirements
  • Verification of your identity if requested

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information
  • Complying with these Terms at all times

Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by:

  • Using the account deletion feature in the app

  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service for illegal property management practices
  • Share false or misleading information
  • Spam or send unsolicited communications

Property Management Compliance

As a property management platform, you acknowledge and agree to comply with:

  • Fair Housing Laws: All local, state, and federal fair housing regulations
  • Landlord-Tenant Laws: Applicable landlord-tenant statutes and regulations
  • Financial Regulations: Laws governing rent collection and security deposits
  • Data Protection: Privacy laws related to tenant information

Payment Processing

AHOMZO integrates with third-party payment processors to facilitate services payments. By using these services, you agree to:

Your Rights

You retain ownership of any content you upload to AHOMZO, including:

You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide and improve our Service.

Service Availability and Performance

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AHOMZO and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any laws or regulations
  • Your property management activities
  • Disputes with tenants or third parties

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account and use of the Service at any time by following the account deletion process in the app or contacting our support team.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Harm to other users or the Service
  • Non-payment of fees (if applicable)
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your account data within 30 days, except as required by law.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where AHOMZO is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through:

Class Action Waiver

Continued use of AHOMZO after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

App Store Terms

These Terms are additional to, and not in place of, the terms of service of the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. You acknowledge that:

  • These Terms are between you and AHOMZO only
  • Google and Apple are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms
  • App store terms may apply to your use of our mobile application
  • We are responsible for any claims related to the Service

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AHOMZO regarding your use of the Service.
